Industry energy: Progressive RDF substitution 6% / 10% / 15%
Enforcement: Environmental compensation, polluter pays
Climate: Local bodies encouraged to generate carbon credits

Wet

Kitchen, food, garden, biodegradable. Process close to source where you can.

Dry

Recyclables and other dry discards that are not sanitary or special-care. Recycleinc’s offtake core.

Sanitary

Diapers, napkins, similar. Wrap, do not mix, route to authorised handling. Not a scrap stream.

Special-care

Paint, pesticides, CFLs, expired medicines, batteries, home needles. Deposition / MRF — not the dry bag.

If you are a BWG

Monday morning file

Confirm status with the BWG calculator and a 7-day weighment.
Register on the CPCB centralised portal.
Four-stream on every floor. Train housekeeping in Tamil and English.
Wet: on-site processing as far as possible, else EBWGR via the local body.
Dry / sanitary / special-care: registered collectors and processors only.
Keep weighment, invoices and processor reports. That is your defence file.
