Extended Bulk Waste Generator Responsibility is the new certificate market in SWM 2026. Only the local body generates the certificate on the centralised portal. Recycleinc is the facilitation partner: processors, proofs, kg-by-stream.

What you actually owe

  1. Register as a BWG on the centralised portal.
  2. Four-stream at source.
  3. Wet waste: on-site processing as far as possible.
  4. Where on-site is not feasible, obtain EBWGR covering total solid waste — wet, dry, sanitary, special-care.
  5. Certificates for wet are generated after the registered processing facility reports quantity processed. Your liability tracks their performance.

We will never offer an “EBWGR for sale” that bypasses the local body. If someone does, it is not compliance.
