Extended Producer Responsibility is a legal duty on producers, importers and brand owners to collect and recycle what they put on the market. Consultants file returns. Recycleinc can file and move the stream through authorised channels in Tamil Nadu and the South.
EPR is not CSR. It is not a carbon credit. It is not a green credit. It is a target on a CPCB portal: obligated quantity in, recycling certificates out, annual return. The certificate is generated by a registered recycler. The obligation sits with the PIBO. A PRO (Producer Responsibility Organisation) is a registered intermediary — Recycleinc does not claim that status unless it is held and named on this page.

Must be on the CPCB granted list (and TNPCB where relevant). Visiting cards are not authorisation. We match; we do not invent plants.

IT parks and offices are bulk consumers even when they are not producers. Authorised recycler match, data-wipe where contracted, certificate. Check the CPCB granted list.
