Seventeen goals. Three we actually work.

The Sustainable Development Goals are a UN framework for countries and companies. Recycleinc is a Chennai aggregator with a South desk plan. We map our tonnes to the goals they touch. We do not sell an “SDG certified campus” sticker.

How the van maps to 11, 12 and 13

SDG 11 — cities
SWM Rules 2026 four-stream, BWG portal files, Chennai operating page, print kits for RWAs. Target 11.6 is municipal waste. Recycleinc is the dry/selected-wet operator, not Greater Chennai Corporation.
SDG 12 — consumption and production
Target 12.5 is substantially reduce waste through prevention, recycling and reuse. Live rates, PlastBox, ITAD, authorised recyclers, EPR matching. Target 12.4 is environmentally sound management of chemicals — we refuse HW and BMW rather than fake a stream.
SDG 13 — climate
Unprocessed wet waste emits methane. On-site processing and EBWGR routing are climate operations. RDF substitution cuts fossil solid fuel. Carbon credits, if any, belong to the ULB or the registered project — see carbon credits.
What we will not print on a campus wall
“Aligned with all 17 SDGs.” “UN-certified.” A goal we do not staff. If a CSR deck needs a sentence, use 12 (recycling), 11 (city four-stream) and 13 (wet + RDF) and point at weighment, not at a logo.
