Specified industrial units using solid fuel, within the notified distance of a solid-waste RDF plant, must substitute RDF into their energy mix and account for it on the portal.

Who should talk to this desk

Cement, boilers, foundries — and ULBs sitting on rejects.

Solid-fuel users in the Tamil Nadu / Andhra / Karnataka belt. Also ULBs and MRFs with combustible rejects that need a lawful sink.

Recycleinc matches offtake. We are not, by default, the RDF plant owner. Introductions follow a feasibility note: distance, calorific spec, moisture, contracts. Registration + waste-accounting on the portal — not self-declaration.
