We collect only what a desk needs to quote, pick up, weigh, invoice or file: name, phone, email, organisation, site address, waste description, and weighment records. Forms on this site currently open your mail or WhatsApp client — they do not store data on our server until Control Tower beta is live.
Pickup photos, GPS and weighment are used for chain of custody, GST invoices, processor routing and (if you subscribe) Control Tower and ESG packs. We do not sell personal data. We share operational data with registered processors strictly to complete the job you asked for.
Confidential document destruction is handled as a chain-of-custody stream. Tell us in writing if material is privileged.
