Why not an NGO: NGOs raise grants and often cannot run offtake. Recycleinc already pays for clean streams. Open is how we publish the map, the law and the news so the market — and citizens — can see. If we ever ring-fence a non-profit, it will be named separately and registered separately. Until then, this is Recycleinc Open.
