HORECA — wet is the business

1. Food waste: PeelBox / wet bin. No plastic covers. Drain liquids.
2. Used cooking oil: OilBox only. Never the drain. We pay ₹15–25/L at weighment (grade matters).
3. Egg shells: EggBox. Banana/fruit peel: PeelBox. Coconut: CocoBox.
4. Cardboard and PET: dry, flattened, no oil soak.
5. Banquet leftover must not hit the dry cage.
6. Sanitary / special-care stay out of kitchen bins.
7. If the kitchen + rooms cross 100 kg/day or 40 kL water — BWG file. Ask the desk.

We refuse: mixed black bags, BMW, grease-trap sludge as a scrap stream, chemical drums.
